Acdemy Players Travel to the Texas Shootout
Anderson, Baran & Rubosky guest play with WPFC

June 1, 2009

Mikayla Anderson, Katie Baran and Kasey Rubosky were all invited to guest play with Washington Premier FC’s U17G in the Texas Shootout, a College Showcase located near Houston.  This was a great opportunity for the girls to be seen by literally hundreds of college coaches.  WPFC did well winning 2 games (against Lonestar and FC Dallas) and tying 1 (against Rancho Santa Fe).

In the game against FC Dallas, the only goal of the match was scored by Kasey Rubosky off of a header on a corner served in by Mikayla Anderson.  Way to represent Spokane!!
